Had Kansas run away 88-66, the 1-5 ticket loses and the 21-25 bettor at +1200 turns $40 into $480 profit.
DOUBLE RESULT: LEAD AT HALF, WIN AT THE END
Double result asks who leads at halftime and who wins the game, on one ticket. Duke vs. North Carolina: bet “Duke / Duke” and you need the Blue Devils up at the break and up at the buzzer.
Prices follow the spread. The favorite leading wire-to-wire might pay +170. The underdog trailing at half and coming back pays +500 or more. A halftime tie is rare and pays in the thousands.
