THE MONEYLINE COSTS MORE
Skip the spread and just pick the winner, but pay for it. Lions -4 (-110) becomes Lions -230 on the moneyline: lay $230 to win $100 instead of $110. The Bengals flip from +4 (-110) to +260, so a $100 upset bet wins $260.
